Like many artists, Carlotta's interests have a tendency to shift and evolve. Formerly a silversmith/jeweler, decorative artist, and painter, she is currently "upcycling" found wooden trays into objects of beauty and wide-ranging functionality by adding paint, hardware, decorative art paper, and plexiglass or glass inserts for enhanced utility.

Brook's happy place is sitting behind his potter's wheel, throwing stoneware clay into forms which will become beautiful and functional household objects.  Altering of thrown shapes and hand-building with slabs and coils have been known to happen as well.
